New Business Manager (Inside Sales)

The role:

As a Moneypenny New Business Manager, you will play a fundamental role in helping the organization achieve our client acquisition and retention targets. As a growing business with an entrepreneurial spirit, you will be challenged daily to think outside of the box and bring fresh ideas to the team.  As a high performing team member, you will convert the majority of your assigned inbound leads and make outbound calls to drive incremental growth.  This role is highly dependent on a consultative approach, positive energy and success in client conversion. 

Your competencies:

  • Impeccable written and verbal communications skills
  • Strong sales acumen, with minimum 1-2 years of B2B or consultative sales experience.
  • Team player with the ability to energize others and share best practices
  • Familiarity with CRM databases required, Microsoft Dynamics preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred


Your responsibilities:

  • Enthusiastically respond to inbound leads, moving them through the sales cycle and emphasizing the value that Moneypenny can provide to our prospective new customers
  • Use a consultative selling approach to ensure your exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Record all activities in Dynamics and ensure consistent follow up and accurate forecasting.
  • Nurture existing clients to support positive brand recognition and gain client referrals
  • Understand the client experience and know what aspects of our client experience drive acquisition and retention
  • Identify professional networking opportunities to represent Moneypenny’s level of client-centricity, company values and business relevance in the business community
  • Collaborate with your team, sharing sales best practices and other experiences to help the team learn, and exceed goals together.

Working conditions:
