SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, the Warehouse Associate will be assigned daily tasks such as safely and efficiently handling the offloading, stocking, picking, sorting, and the loading of automotive collision product into our delivery vehicles.

Specific Responsibilities:

·       Follow safety procedures that are set in place.

·       Moving and handling of automotive collision product; with or without machinery (if applicable).

·       Scanning product barcodes during the offloading, picking, and loading process for inventory control.

·       Product inspections and reviews for Quality Control purposes.

·       General Warehouse maintenance for safety and cleanliness. 

 

 

 

KEY SELECTION CRITERIA

·       Responsible, and Motivated

·       Ability to work well around others.

·       Comfortable using mobile technology, such as tablets.

·       General knowledge of and interest in automobiles, including parts and functionality, is desired.

 

 

 

PERSONAL / PROFESSIONAL ATTRIBUTES

·     Physical ability to carefully handle, load/unload parts.

·     Must be able to engage in frequent, rapid, and/or strenuous physical activity for long periods of time.

·     Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and knowledge of how to lift and carry objects safely, cautiously and effectively.

·     Must be able to safely operate equipment, observe safety procedures, and meet safety requirements.

·     Previous experience desirable; knowledge of auto parts and/or forklift training and certification is a plus.

·     Willing to work longer days.
